Generation failures

A task’s first final failure returns its reserved credit. If the next task also ends in failure, it uses 1 credit and the consecutive failure count resets. A successful new generation resets that count too. Retries inside a single task do not count as additional failures. The free painting follows the same rule.

Payments

Payment completion is verified with PayPal before credits are delivered. Returning from PayPal alone does not confirm a payment. Avoid creating a second purchase while an existing purchase is still pending; check your account history first.

Refund requests

This policy does not exclude any refund rights required by applicable law. Refunded or disputed payments may result in the associated purchased credits being removed or the account being paused for review.

Download or delete your result

Files expire 72 hours after successful generation. You may delete your completed photo and result earlier from the result page. Deletion does not return a consumed credit or reset the lifetime free painting.
