Terms of service

Updated October 30, 2026

Using the studio

You must have permission to upload and transform your photo. Do not submit illegal, abusive or infringing content. Painting results are generated by AI, not commissioned from a human artist. Exact likeness, a particular artistic outcome and a specific print quality are not guaranteed.

Accounts and credits

Each Google account on this site receives 1 lifetime free painting. A successful free result includes the full download. Paid packs add a stated number of painting credits through a one-time PayPal payment. Purchased credits do not expire and there is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Generation outcomes

The first final failure returns the reserved credit. A second consecutive final failure uses 1 credit and resets the failure count. A successful new generation resets the count. Internal retries count only as one final outcome. These rules also apply to free credits.

Temporary files

Originals and results are private and available for 72 hours after success. Download your result before its displayed expiry time. A purchase grants generation credits, not permanent online image storage.

Your result

You are responsible for checking that your use of an uploaded image and its result respects other people’s rights. These terms do not promise an exclusive copyright or a commercial license to third-party material.
